We want you to be completely satisfied. Here is everything you need to know about refunds and cancellations.

Our commitment: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Overview
At Paid2Marketing, we stand behind the quality of our platform and services. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible.
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans (individual services and combo packages) purchased directly through the Paid2Marketing website. It does not apply to services purchased through third-party resellers or partners, which are subject to the refund policies of the respective reseller.
All refund requests are subject to our review and must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. Paid2Marketing reserves the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, are fraudulent or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers)
If you are a new customer subscribing to a Paid2Marketing plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. To qualify:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the first charge
- The guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment
- The guarantee does not apply to plan upgrades, add-ons, or renewals
2.2 After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day guarantee period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing month.
2.3 Cancellation of Monthly Plans
To cancel a monthly subscription, log in to your account dashboard and navigate to Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the last day of the current billing cycle. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate.
3. Annual Subscriptions
3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The same 7-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions for new customers. A full refund of the annual fee will be issued if the request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
3.2 Early Cancellation of Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day guarantee period, the following applies:
- If cancelled within the first 30 days (excluding the 7-day guarantee period): A prorated refund will be issued for the remaining full months of the subscription, minus a 15% early cancellation fee.
- If cancelled after 30 days: No refund will be issued. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your annual subscription period.
3.3 Annual Plan Downgrade
If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier annual plan, the price difference will be applied as a credit to your account for use against future invoices. Cash refunds are not issued for plan downgrades.
4. Combo Plans
Combo plans (Starter, Business, and Enterprise combos) are subject to the same refund terms as individual service plans:
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on the first payment
- Monthly combos: non-refundable after the guarantee period; cancel anytime
- Annual combos: prorated refund within the first 30 days (minus 15% fee); no refund after 30 days
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
- SMS credits: Pre-purchased SMS credit top-ups are non-refundable once credits have been allocated to your account, regardless of whether they have been used.
- Setup and onboarding fees: Any one-time setup or professional onboarding fees paid for custom configuration work are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Custom development: Fees for custom feature development, API integration work, or bespoke platform configuration are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Renewal payments: Subscription renewal payments are not covered by the 7-day guarantee. If you did not intend to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations: No refund will be issued for accounts that are terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Currency conversion losses: We are not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion fluctuations on refunded amounts.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Step 1 — Contact support: Email support@paid2marketing.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]."
- Step 2 — Provide details: Include your full name, registered email address, subscription plan, and the reason for your refund request.
- Step 3 — Await confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision.
- Step 4 — Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You may also use the Contact Us page to submit your request. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket from within your account dashboard.
7. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank transfers: 5–7 business days.
- Account credits: Applied instantly to your Paid2Marketing account balance.
Paid2Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks that are filed without prior contact with our support team may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation
- Permanent termination of your account if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted
- Being reported to fraud prevention services
In the event of a legitimate dispute that cannot be resolved through our support team, you retain the right to escalate through your payment provider or applicable consumer protection channels.
